This new yellow variety of our Beefheart type, will appeal to Tomato growers desiring a yellow colored variety. The plant is very vigorous and produces an enormous crop. The fruits are the same
shape as Beefheart, but the skin and flesh are a rich deep yellow. The solidity -of the flesh is caused by the lack of distinct seed cells, and in this respect is identical with the Red Beef- heart. The
quality and flavor are exceptionally fine, and due to the low acidity, is very sweet.
